Hiša Franko retains its three Michelin Stars, a recognition that reflects a house that is constantly evolving.

This achievement belongs to an ongoing process: ideas that grow into dishes, conversations that unfold into menus, and the dedication of producers, shepherds, fishermen, foragers, winemakers and craftspeople who shape our work every day.

It is also a testament to our team, whose care, precision and generosity bring these ideas to life, and to our guests, who travel from near and far to share this experience with us.

And at the same time it is a tribute to the valley that continues to inspire us, season after season.

We warmly congratulate everyone across Slovenia recognised by the Michelin Guide this year. We are proud to be part of a culinary community that continues to grow, challenge itself and gain international recognition.
