FAMILY REUNION: NO DRAMA, JUST A FUN COLLAB DINNER

Join us April 16 for an evening of culinary freedom, when part of the Hiša Franko team joins forces with Ana’s young dining restaurant JAZ by Ana Roš for a one‑night‑only collaborative menu in Ljubljana.

What happens when two kitchens with different rhythms meet in the city? When Hiša Franko’s creative edge, led by Chef Yvonne Simon, blends with the playful energy of JAZ by Ana Roš, guided by Chef Artem Zaripov, and market‑fresh ingredients become the common language?

Let’s call it a Family Reunion, a collab dinner at JAZ Ljubljana: a one‑night menu shaped by the Hiša Franko crew and the JAZ Ljubljana team, with one special dish contributed by Ana Roš herself. A shift in tempo, a meeting of styles, and a chance to cook side by side in a space built for spontaneity.

For the evening, we’ll serve a six‑course menu, accompanied by a signature drink crafted specially for the night by Hiša Franko’s bar manager, Davide Rovagnati. A wine pairing will be available, along with smooth tunes by Eva Klara.
