This marks a milestone not only for our restaurant, but for our country’s culinary identity as a whole. As the top rating of the French gastronomic authority, the recognition cements Hiša Franko’s place among the world’s leading restaurants.
The Gault&Millau Slovenia 2026 guide marks a record year for Slovenian gastronomy. The evening was a testament to the energy shaping the Slovenian culinary scene today. With 51 restaurants awarded 3 caps or more, Slovenia continues to prove that size is no limitation when it comes to culinary impact.
