With the opening of her first international restaurant, Ana Roš brings the JAZ young dining concept to the Adriatic coast. Rooted in the spirit of its first location in Ljubljana, JAZ Poreč reflects its surroundings while staying true to the relaxed, vibrant energy that defines JAZ.

Guided by local markets, producers, and Istria’s centuries-old maritime heritage, seafood takes center stage on the menu, paired with exceptional regional produce. The result: a cuisine that feels fresh and expressive, grounded in place yet shaped by global inspiration.

Housed in a historic building overlooking the coastal promenade of Poreč’s old town, JAZ Poreč is designed as a welcoming, all-day destination. It forms part of the newly opened Jadran Heritage Hotel by the Valamar Collection. Our shared vision was to breathe new life into one of the most recognizable buildings on the Poreč waterfront, for travelers and locals alike.

From relaxed mornings and leisurely lunches to evenings defined by a buzzing atmosphere, music, and crafted cocktails, JAZ evolves naturally throughout the day, keeping its spirit alive.
