In the newly announced World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, Hiša Franko has been ranked 69th—an honour that keeps us in the company of some of the most inspiring kitchens around the world.

Returning from our visit to Torino, we look back and reflect on this season— a season of reaffirmation. Our three Michelin stars remain. Our Green Star remains. And most importantly, our identity remains: rooted in the wild edges of the Soča Valley, shaped by the seasons, and carried by a team who never stops pushing, remaining true to our authentic core.
