We’re overjoyed and deeply grateful to share that Hiša Franko has once again been awarded three Michelin stars and a Green Star for sustainability in the 2025 guide. This recognition affirms the heart, craft, and creativity we bring to the table—every day, in every season.

In addition, we are equally proud to see Jaz by Ana Roš , our restaurant in Ljubljana, named in this year’s Michelin selection. Though still young, it carries Ana’s signature and spirit: a reverence for ingredients, a restless curiosity, and an unmistakable vision.

To everyone who has walked through our doors: thank you. You give our work meaning. And to the land that feeds and teaches us: we are listening. This recognition doesn’t change who we are. It reminds us why we do it.
