We’re beyond proud to share some incredible news: Ana has been named the 2nd best at The Best Chef Awards 2025 in Milan. The annual award celebrates culinary innovation and global talent, bringing together leading voices of the gastronomic world for an evening of debate, discussion, and celebration. More than just a ranking, this recognition honours Ana’s journey and her culinary ethos, hyper seasonal, deeply personal, and rooted in the terroir of our beautiful Soča Valley. It is a milestone that further affirms her place among the most influential chefs shaping the future of fine dining.
