The debut release, the Ana Roš Negroni, reimagines the classic cocktail with a smoothertexture and a fruit-forward profile—light on the palate without sacrificing depth. “The Negroni is structure, strength, and depth—just like my cooking. It felt like the perfect place to start: a classic with enough backbone to carry my signature,” says Roš. Crafted in partnership with renowned mixologist Anja Skrbinek—former head mixologist at Hiša Franko—it blends foraged botanicals from the Soča Valley with bespoke vermouth created alongside Movia, one of the Slovenia’s leading biodynamic wine estates. The vermouth uses reduced grape must in place of added sugar, delivering natural softness and clarity while avoiding the heavy finish found in traditional versions. Fermented rowanberries contribute a fine bitterness, while wild bay leaves introduce a clean citrus lift. The result? A layered, elegant Negroni ready to serve over ice. The carefully designed bottle holds seven servings—ideal for golden hour, after dinner, or as a thoughtful gift.
