A winemaker from Brda, a visionary, and a man whose unwavering philosophy has left a lasting mark on the world of wine. On 18 November, Hiša Franko will open its doors to lovers of great wines, connoisseurs, and collectors of rare and exceptional bottles. The evening will be dedicated to Joško Gravner’s winemaking philosophy and the unique expressions of wines from his cellar. For this special occasion, we will create a tasting menu designed to complement the character, complexity, and depth of Gravner’s wines. The menu will be accompanied exclusively by wines from the Gravner cellar, including exceptional library vintages, some of which will be available to taste by the glass only at Hiša Franko.
