One night between two years. A special menu, exceptional wines and a celebration in the Soča Valley.

On 31 December, Hiša Franko will bring the year to a close with a special New Year’s Eve dinner dedicated to exceptional cuisine, carefully selected wines and a festive atmosphere.

For the final night of the year, Chef Ana Roš and her team will create a unique festive menu, bringing together the distinctive flavours of the Soča Valley with luxurious ingredients selected especially for the occasion. Soča trout caviar, Gorizia rose radicchio and carefully chosen ingredients from around the world will come together in a culinary experience available for one night only.

Special attention will also be given to the wine pairings. Guests will be able to choose between two wine pairings, Origin and Essence, and the non-alcoholic Juicy pairing, each offering its own interpretation of the culinary story of Hiša Franko.

New Year’s Eve will be an opportunity to experience Hiša Franko in a different light, where exceptional flavours, carefully selected wines and a festive atmosphere come together for a memorable end to the year.
