On September 13, 2026, Ana Roš will welcome Eric Vildgaard, chef of Copenhagen’s three-Michelin-starred restaurant Jordnær, to Hiša Franko.

We are delighted to be hosting an exclusive four-hands dinner on September 13, bringing together the distinctive culinary worlds of Ana Roš and Eric Vildgaard. The event is part of Forces of Nature, an international series presented by Hiša Franko with the support of the Slovenian Tourist Board.

The cuisine of our chef, Ana Roš, deeply rooted in the landscape and traditions of the Soča Valley, will meet Eric Vildgaard’s precise, refined and highly personal approach. Especially for this occasion, the two chefs will create an original collaborative menu, accompanied by a choice of wine or non-alcoholic pairing.

This will be the second chapter of Forces of Nature. The series opened in May with Clare Smyth of London’s Core and will conclude in October with Himanshu Saini of Trèsind Studio in Dubai. All three guest chefs lead restaurants awarded three Michelin stars.
