As we close the door for our winter break, we pause with full hearts.

This season left its marks - moments of intensity, creativity, learning, connection, and many shared tables that turned into loving memories. It challenged us, shaped us, and reminded us why we do what we do.

Thank you to our family, our team, our neighbours, our producers, and every guest who walked this path with us and left their own footprints along the way.

We’re taking a short breath to rest, reflect, and imagine what comes next.

Hiša Franko will reopen on February 14, just in time for a romantic return to the table.
