Alcohol-free pairing to that perfectly matches the masterpieces of our chef Ana Roš

Our beverage manager, Anja Skrbinek and her team, have crafted some of the most exciting non-alcoholic pairings you could imagine. They're designed to perfectly complement the masterpieces created by our chef, Ana Roš.

One of the stars of this season's Juicy pairing is the refreshing Pine Booch. It's fermented with natural sugars from the Pituralka pear, a local variety native to our area. What gives this homemade drink its unique balsamic flavour are the pine needles harvested from the forests behind Hiša Franko. We love it and we're sure you're going to love it too!

Our Juicy pairing at Hiša Franko is a wonderful choice for our guests who prefer not to or can't consume alcohol, but still wish to experience the delightful enhancement of flavors that a well-paired drink can bring to a dish.

ATTENTION! Some of our guests have found it to be just as good as a wine pairing. But you can always try both!
