In just three short years since the prestigious red guide's arrival in Slovenia, which initially bestowed two stars upon Hiša Franko, we now find ourselves among the elite in the global gastronomic arena. Our very own Chef Ana Roš joins an exclusive group of female chefs worldwide who have steered a restaurant to the prestigious Third Michelin star.

This accolade serves as our pledge to continually create exceptional culinary experiences while upholding the highest quality standards. We assure you that we will remain faithful to our culinary philosophy and our profound love for the Soča Valley, our cherished homeland.
