On 13 October, we are delighted to welcome an exclusive four-hands dinner bringing together Ana Roš and Himanshu Saini, two chefs with distinct and extraordinary culinary identities. The event will take place as part of Forces of Nature, an international series hosted by Hiša Franko with the support of the Slovenian Tourist Board.

The cuisine of our chef Ana Roš, deeply rooted in the landscape and traditions of the Soča Valley, will meet Himanshu Saini’s contemporary, multi-layered and highly personal culinary approach. Together, the two chefs will create an original menu exclusively for this evening, accompanied by a choice of wine or non-alcoholic pairings.

The evening will also mark the final chapter of this year’s Forces of Nature series. It began in May with Chef Clare Smyth of Core in London, continued in September with Eric Kragh Vildgaard of Jordnær in Copenhagen, and will conclude in October with Himanshu Saini of Trèsind Studio in Dubai. All three guest chefs represent restaurants awarded three MICHELIN stars.
