The best alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails at your fingertips. We managed to put in cans, exceptional knowledge, a feeling for natural fermentation processes and unusual, surprising combinations of flavors. This is  the fruit of hard work, learning and research by Anja Skrbinek, the beverage master of the Ana Roš team. Ayatana helped us to make everything real and to put our amazing new products in cans.

You can find them in Hiša Franko, Pekarna Ana, every Friday at Optrta Kuhna (Open kitchen food market) in Ljubljana at the stand of Pekarna Ana. Soon they will be available in our POP UP bistro Ana in Slon as well.
