In season 2021/22, we are searching for a Restaurant manager/Maitre D'
Previous experience in fine dining
Expertise in food culture and sustainability
An ability to recognise superior quality and flavours
A high standard of health and hygiene
A desire to grow and improve
A natural curiosity, a warm way with people
An excellent knowledge of English (speaking Italian and/or German is plus)
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
Creative, keen to develop new ideas and able to take initiative
Hard working, self-confident, patient
