In season 2021/22, we are searching for:

  • chef de partie (m/f)
  • maître d' (m/f)
  • baker (m/f)
  • bartender (m/f)
  • sommelier (m/f)
  • service-front of the house (m/f)

You have:
Previous experience in fine dining
An ability to recognise superior quality and flavours
A high standard of health and hygiene
A desire to grow and improve
A natural curiosity, a warm way with people

You are:
Creative, keen to develop new ideas and able to take initiative
Hard working, self-confident, patient
Able to communicate in English
Looking for an exciting and challenging position
A team player
