On December 14th our chef Ana Roš will join forces with 2 superstar chefs from 2 of the most exciting restaurants in Italy. 

Chiara Pavan is the chef of Venissa, a magical restaurant in the Venetian lagoon (1 Michelin star and green star). Chiara is known for her sustainable approach cooking with microlocal ingredients, be it sea plants or invasive species threatening the fragile lagoon marine environment. While doing that she is pushing her creativity to deliver a never seen before dish to the guest. 

Karime Lopez is Mexican by nationality, but before settling as the executive chef in the Florentian Gucci Osteria (1 Michelin star) with her husband Takahiko Kondo, she has become a citizen of the world, working in places like Spain, Peru and Japan. Her cuisine is personal, it's colorful, delicate and elegant but at the same time daring and focused. It tells a story about Italian cuisine, through her and her husband's eyes, focusing on seasonal ingredients and spiced up with creativity, innovation and a lot of personal touch. 

Ana, Chiara and Karime will prepare an exclusive tasting menu that will celebrate 3 amazing chefs, 3 beautiful women and 3 friends and it will be prepared especially for the occasion. See you on December 14th in Kobarid.
