Le Grand Fooding – New York

Le grand fooding in New York. The test of our patience and talent. No sous chefs, no assistance, no machinery we know, no ingredients we usually use, just Valter and me. WE had a night to prepare 5 course meal for 55 persons such as deer tatar, trout soup, black cod and caramelised black olives at 8 o’clock in the morning. Together with a bottle of champagne and candlelight. Great event, great people, New York!
